Key Responsibilities
?Customer and industry specifications understanding, flow down into product system requirements.
?Software development, including software requirement, design, and implementation.
?Software and system integration and test.
?Execute per program plans and organization requirements, to achieve business objectives.
You Must Have
?Be a SW expert with proven full life-cycle SW development capabilities/experience in at least 2 avionics programs.
?8 years of System/software development experience with a concentration in C/C
?Knowledge/experience on Communication/Navigation/Surveillance system, particularly on Datalink products
?Rich certification knowledge/experience, be familiar with the industry standards / requirements, including but not limited to RTCA DO178B/C and its supplements, SAE ARP4754A, etc.
?Experience in various interfaces – ARINC, RS-232, RS-422, USB, Ethernet, AFDX
?Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices.

?Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and productivity gains through use of collaborative team methods is preferred.
?History of achieving results is desired
