客運銷售主管負責推動客運銷售,管理客戶關系,并支持航空公司商業目標實現。需識別新業務機會,執行銷售策略,確保客戶滿意度。理想候選人需深刻理解航空業,具備優秀溝通能力,適應快節奏工作。

1.銷售策略執行:與銷售經理協作,落實銷售策略以實現收入目標
2.業務拓展:開發企事業單位、旅行社及行業關鍵客戶的新業務
3.市場情報:監測市場趨勢、競對動態及客戶需求,定期提交分析報告
4.談判與提案管理:制定客戶定制化方案,通過談判爭取最優合作條款
5.客戶展示:向潛在/現有客戶進行專業演示,突出航空服務競爭力
6.銷售規劃與監控:制定銷售計劃并監督團隊執行,確保績效達標
任職要求:
1. 教育背景:商業/市場營銷/航空管理本科及以上
2. 行業經驗:5-6年航空業經驗,優先銷售/業務拓展/客戶管理領域
3. 語言能力:精通英文及中文(普通話)書面與口語溝通
4. 客戶關系管理:具備卓越的人際交往與談判能力,擅長建立長期合作關系
5.結果導向與自我激勵:積極主動、目標導向,能獨立工作并推動團隊協作
6.多任務處理與抗壓能力:高效管理多個項目,適應緊湊截止日期,壓力下保持績效
7.技術熟練度:熟練使用MS Office(Excel/Word/PPT)及CRM工具
8. 靈活性與可用性:可接受彈性工作安排(含周末/節假日)及國內外出差
