This position requires the task of driving Function Development from concept to delivery, ensuring qualified function be implemented according to corresponding requirement, regulation and project timeline. · The required activities may include but not limited to: o Create/review/track Jira tickets of responsible functions, participant PI planning and project meetings to plan implementation, track implementation and progress, ensure function requirement are fully implemented with aligned timeline and scope. o Align test cases, track testing status and join test drive and verify function maturity in regular basis. o Follow project process and rules to handle tickets and bug processing, incl, pre-analysis, bug assignment, tracking, solve ping-pong and find solutions, monitor tickets status, push for progress o In case of critical situation, take special action, such as taskforce, daily calls, etc., with relevant stakeholders(suppliers, testing teams, PO, PM, etc.) to find and document solutions, to ensure all critical issues and bugs are solved properly before final function release timeline with required quality. o Drive functions to reach each milestone status. And regularly report function status to project team and managers. · The candidate should deliver: o Weekly function development report which includes but not limited to these info: spec definition status, function implementation status, Jira tickets status, KPM tickets statics, open issues, blocker/critical points, potential risks, next steps, maturity status. The report could cover different scopes according to project progress. o The deliveries shall also contain relevant support documents such as function spec documents, Jira statistics, etc.
