工作職責:
1.new product introduction and docking, including BOM, application, technical documents, specifications, drawings and other documents input and review, according to product characteristics and production requirements to provide assembly (DFA) and manufacturing (DFM) reports;
2.leading the processing and solving of abnormal products in trial production, and continuously improving the success rate of PP production;
3. Lead the preparation of Assembly, Dip, Coating SOP, Flow chart, and PFMEA;
4. Lead the development of PCB layout process specifications for the product, and complete the preparation of Fixture tools
5. Lead the estimation of labor costs during the conceptual stage, and drive the optimization of product design and production processes from the perspectives of cost and quality.
6.Complete PP report, hold PP closed meeting, and follow up the implementation of corresponding improvement measures.
任職資格:
1, BS degree or above, mechanical, electrical engineering, mechanical, automation and other related majors;
2, more than 5 years of electronics, assembly, structure related work experience
3, familiar with the basic knowledge of PCBA electronics, hardware, plastics, structural parts.
4, master IE, SPC, FMEA and other common process engineering methods and tools.
5,Spoken English can be used as a working language, with good learning and communication abilities, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
