OPM崗位職責 (Job Responsibilities) 1. 專案量產導入、量產資源整合。 Responsible for mass production project ramp-up and production resource integration. AVL物料追蹤與異常處理。 Track AVL materials and handle related issues. 4. 訂單及市場資料收集與分析。 Collect and analyze order data and market information. 5. 關維客戶來訪的接待與報告。 Support and report during key customer visits. 崗位要求 (Job Requirements) 1. 具備電子行業機構件及供應鏈管理經驗。 Experience in mechanical components and supply chain management within the electronics industry. 2. 熟悉產品開發、項目管理計劃、訂單運營管理等流程。 Familiar with product development, project planning and order operations processes. 3. 具有良好的溝通協調能力和邏輯思維縝密，抗壓性強、積極主動、結果導向。 Strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills. Able to work under pressure, proactive, and result-oriented. 4. 英語口語、書寫熟練，和外國客戶（以美國為主）可無障礙溝通。 Proficient in spoken and written English; able to communicate fluently with international clients (mainly U.S.-based) 5. 海外留學或工作經歷為佳。 Overseas study or work experience is a plus.
