About the Team
Shenyang, China. ZF opened a new e-mobility plant recently, known as ZF Electric Mobility Systems (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. As ZF’s third e-mobility plant in China, Shenyang plant gathers ZF’s advanced technology and innovative concepts, and will produce and sell advanced products such as electric axle drives for new energy vehicles, to provide more high-quality and high-efficiency e-mobility solutions for customers in China and the world. We are looking for a new colleague to join in our quality team at Plant 3 at our location in Shenyang, China.
What you can look forward as a Quality Project Lead - eMobility?
● Holistic quality responsibility of complex projects up to successful series production according to ZF GDPEP.
● Quality representative in the Project Core Team and to the customers.
● Coordination and management of cross-locational, interdisciplinary teams (cross-matrix). Controlling and monitoring Quality activities in the project.
● Monitoring and, if necessary, initiation of measures in case of a target deviation to ensure the required maturity level in the individual project phases.
● Ensuring the application of methods for preventive quality assurance and error prevention.
Your profile as a Quality Project Lead - eMobility:
● Successfully completed a course of bachelor studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a comparable major.
● Sound knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 9001, as well as several years of professional experience in quality.
● Experience in project management as well as leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams is desirable.
● Knowledge of driveline or powertrain product development processes as well as process knowledge, strong analytical and strategic mindset, intercultural and social competence, assertive capacity, and communication skills.
● Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. German is an advantage but not mandatory.
