About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and creative In-App Campaign Operations Supervisor to join Luckin Coffee U.S. team. This role focuses on planning and executing in-app campaigns for the Luckin app, aiming to enhance user experience, drive growth, and strengthen brand awareness in the North American market. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience in campaign planning or user operations and has a strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute in-app campaigns for the U.S. market, including but not limited to new product launches, seasonal promotions, member rewards, and user acquisition initiatives.
· Develop localized user operation strategies based on user insights and behavioral data to improve retention and customer lifetime value (LTV).
· Work closely with Growth, Product, and IT teams to launch in-app campaign features and drive cross-functional integrated communications.
· Integrate online campaigns with offline store activations to deliver a cohesive brand experience across channels.
· Monitor campaign performance, analyze operational data, and continuously optimize strategies based on user behavior insights.
· Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to explore innovative approaches to user engagement and growth.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Digital Product Management.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign operations or planning, ideally in consumer brands, retail chains, e-commerce, or tech.
· Familiarity with the U.S. consumer landscape through study or living experience; able to identify key user touchpoints and needs from a localized perspective.
· Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Sensitivity to user experience and brand consistency, with a creative mindset.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred for effective internal communication.
