With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage! 崗位職責(zé) 1.商家營銷策略制定:基于平臺(tái)整體經(jīng)營目標(biāo),圍繞用戶轉(zhuǎn)化、增長及商家收益等關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)可落地的商家側(cè)營銷活動(dòng)策略; 2.價(jià)格力定價(jià)方案設(shè)計(jì):綜合考慮影響價(jià)格的關(guān)鍵要素,通過定價(jià)策略、補(bǔ)貼策略等多種手段,提升消費(fèi)者的價(jià)格感知競爭力,同時(shí)保障商家經(jīng)營的收益底線健康可持續(xù); 3.數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)策略優(yōu)化:結(jié)合用戶行為數(shù)據(jù)、商家運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù)及活動(dòng)效果指標(biāo),進(jìn)行深入分析,定期評估策略執(zhí)行效果,并持續(xù)優(yōu)化調(diào)整; 4.跨部門協(xié)作與項(xiàng)目管理:與產(chǎn)品、銷售運(yùn)營等團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作,推動(dòng)策略在各環(huán)節(jié)的有效執(zhí)行,保障策略從制定到落地的閉環(huán)管理; 5.市場機(jī)會(huì)洞察:關(guān)注行業(yè)趨勢與市場變化,分析市場玩家的價(jià)格與營銷策略,識別業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與機(jī)會(huì)點(diǎn),及時(shí)調(diào)整策略動(dòng)向。 1.Merchant Marketing Strategy Development:Design executable merchant-side marketing activity strategies aligned with overall platform business goals, focusing on key metrics such as user conversion, growth, and merchant revenue. 2.Pricing Competitiveness and Discount Strategy Design:Formulate pricing and subsidy strategies by comprehensively evaluating key pricing factors. The objective is to enhance consumers’ perceived price competitiveness while ensuring merchants' sustainable and healthy profit margins. 3.Data-Driven Strategy Optimization:Conduct in-depth analysis by integrating user behavior data, merchant operational data, and campaign performance metrics. Regularly assess strategy effectiveness and drive continuous optimization and adjustments. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Management:Work closely with Product, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategies at all stages, delivering full-cycle management from strategy design to implementation. 5.Market Opportunity Insights:Monitor industry trends and market dynamics. Analyze competitors’ pricing and marketing strategies to identify business risks and opportunities, and proactively adjust strategic directions as needed. 崗位基本需求 1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,3年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、電商、O2O平臺(tái)等行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 2.較強(qiáng)的邏輯思維、策略建模與數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,能夠獨(dú)立完成策略方案制定與效果評估。 3.熟練使用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具,如SQL 等,有Power BI等可視化工具經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 4.具備良好的跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)與項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)能力,有跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in product operations, strategy, or related roles in the internet, e-commerce, or O2O industries. 2.Strong logical thinking, strategic modeling, and data analysis skills. Able to independently develop strategy proposals and conduct performance evaluations. 3.Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL.
