崗位職責(zé):
1. Talent: Based on competency model and position profile, recruit the right person in time and ensure smooth induction; conduct validation panel and develop staffing plan for SV, and ensure its implementation. Recruit and develop Mi-stars as per program. Support to training activities and local initiation.
人才發(fā)展:基于能力模型和崗位說(shuō)明,及時(shí)滿(mǎn)足用人需求并做好新人的入職引導(dǎo); 實(shí)施SV的人員評(píng)估和人員配置計(jì)劃,并確保落地執(zhí)行。按照項(xiàng)目要求,招聘和發(fā)展脈沖星。為辦事處培訓(xùn)提供支持。
2. Performance management: Conduct monthly sales incentive calculation and analysis, bottom performer ranking and action plan, animate and ensure monthly sales incentive
