職責描述：
采購總監：
Sourcing director is responsible for lead sourcing team to develop supplier strategy, find the right suppliers and resources for the enterprise to ensure that the production and operation of the enterprise can go smoothly. The following is its specific job description:
1. Supplier development
-Market research
-Supplier search and evaluation
2. Cost control
-Price negotiation
-Cost analysis
3.Supply chain management
- Assist the Buyer team to deal with the long-term improvement of supplier delivery anomalies (order changes, delays, etc.).
- Supplier relationship maintenance
- Conduct regular performance evaluation of suppliers to promote continuous improvement.
4. Quality control Supporting
-Participate in the formulation of component quality standards
-Quality inspection and supervision
5. Other responsibilities
-Participate in new product development
