Experience : 12 years -15 years;
Language – if possible, English if not may be this technician can read English;
* -Should be able to be flexible for dress and for sneakers; -
* -Last measurement for the fit and capacity to interpret the design info/look;
* -strong knowledge for the pattern to be able to control the fitting and the look request from the brand;
* -outsole mold and accessory mold to be able to read and speak with the supplier and guide them to the right direction follow the design/price request from the brand;
* -material knowledge to avoid quality issue and follow the target price;
* -strong knowledge of the factory process to prevent the production quality issue and control the cost. It’s important if he worked in factory some period;
* 工作經驗: 12年-15年鞋業工作經驗或以上；
* 語言 – 須看得懂英文，但不特別要求口語；
* 須精通時裝鞋和運動鞋；
* 須要有扎實的楦頭知識，能夠根據品牌的設計進行楦頭調整，并具有一定的審美性；
* 須要有扎實的面版知識，能夠根據品牌實際的試穿結果進行紙板和外觀調整；
* 須要有豐富的大底模具和配件模具方面的知識，并具有與模具廠溝通引導模具廠根據品牌的設計/價格要求進行模具修改或調整；
* 須有豐富的材料方面的知識可以避免材料品質問題，并能夠根據品牌的目標價進行材料調整；
* 扎實的鞋廠操作流程管控方面的知識并能夠管控成本。***是有鞋廠工作的經歷。
* 精通鞋子的全套工藝流程，識別并解決穿著舒適度以及工藝實施過程中的關鍵問題，提出創新的解決方案并推動實施；
* 能適應出差海外，有一定的抗壓能力，團隊協作，執行能力強，以結果為導向；有技轉背景善于分析報告和溝通；
