崗位職責(zé):
1.
定期收集匯總更新區(qū)域預(yù)測(cè)信息,規(guī)范預(yù)測(cè)途徑及預(yù)測(cè)產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作;
2.
對(duì)區(qū)域預(yù)測(cè)分析,識(shí)別重大預(yù)測(cè)偏差風(fēng)險(xiǎn),考核預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確率;
3.
匯總銷售需求并及時(shí)提交備貨流程,督促備貨進(jìn)度;
4.
銷售訂單下達(dá)、梳理、交付跟蹤、交付異常反饋等,具備訂單交付前瞻性、識(shí)別訂單交付風(fēng)險(xiǎn);
5.
核對(duì)海外及總部庫(kù)存品類及數(shù)量、管理調(diào)配庫(kù)存、規(guī)避呆滯
Job description:
1. Systematically gather, synthesize, and
update regional forecast data while standardizing forecasting procedures and
preparatory tasks.
2. Conduct in-depth analyses of regional
forecasts to identify significant deviation risks and evaluate forecast
accuracy.
3. Aggregate sales demand information,
initiate replenishment processes promptly, and monitor replenishment
progress.
4. Process sales orders, organize
deliveries, track delivery status, provide feedback on anomalies, proactively
identify potential risks, and ensure timely fulfillment.
5. Verify inventory categories and
quantities at overseas branches and headquarters, manage inventory levels
effectively, allocate resources as needed, and prevent stock obsolescence.
任職要求:
1.
溝通能力強(qiáng),有責(zé)任心,具備較強(qiáng)的跨部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)能力;
2.
英語(yǔ)CET-6及以上,英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言;了解國(guó)際貿(mào)易及供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)
3.
國(guó)際貿(mào)易、商務(wù)英語(yǔ)和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮;本科及以上學(xué)歷;3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
4.
具備數(shù)據(jù)處理能力、營(yíng)銷管理問(wèn)題洞察能力,能熟練的掌握excle、PPT等office辦公軟件。
Job requirements:
1. Strong communication skills, a high
sense of responsibility, and exceptional cross-departmental coordination
abilities.
2. Possesses English proficiency at the
CET-6 level or higher, with the ability to use English as a working language;
familiar with international trade and supply chain management principles.
3. Preference will be given to candidates
with a background in international trade, business English, or marketing;
requires a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years of relevant
work experience.
4. Exhibits proficiency in data processing,
capable of identifying and addressing marketing management challenges, and
skilled in utilizing office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
