工作職責:
1. 監(jiān)控和檢查生產(chǎn)過程以確保達到質(zhì)量標準。
2. 制定和實施質(zhì)量保證政策和程序。
3. 分析數(shù)據(jù)以識別生產(chǎn)過程中的改進領(lǐng)域。
4. 培訓和監(jiān)督員工的質(zhì)量保證實踐。
5. 參與內(nèi)部和外部審核以確保符合質(zhì)量標準。
6. 制定和維護質(zhì)量文檔,包括測試計劃和協(xié)議。
7. 調(diào)查客戶投訴并實施糾正措施。
8. 與供應(yīng)商對接以確保進料質(zhì)量。
9. 監(jiān)控材料和供應(yīng)品的庫存以確保質(zhì)量。
10. 與其他部門合作以確保成品質(zhì)量。
11. 領(lǐng)導質(zhì)量領(lǐng)域的持續(xù)改進項目。
12. 確保團隊遵循公司的安全標準。
13. 按要求及時報告。
14. 完成領(lǐng)導安排的其他任務(wù)。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
2. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
3. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process.
4. Train and supervise staff on quality assurance practices.
5. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standard.
6. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans and protocols.
7. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
8. Interface with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming material.
9. Monitor inventory of materials and supplies to ensure quality.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality of finished products.
11. Lead continuous improvement projects in the quality area.
12. Ensure the team follow the Safety standard of the company.
13. Reporting in timing according to requirements
14. Other activities requested by the leader.
職位要求:
1. 工程或食品相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學歷。
2. 6年以上質(zhì)量領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗,***是在制造或生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中。
3. 有監(jiān)督或管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
4. 具有統(tǒng)計分析和質(zhì)量改進工具的經(jīng)驗。
5. 熟悉GMP/HACCP/BRC管理。
6. 有食品/包裝/實驗室測試或微生物測試管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
7. 能夠適應(yīng)不斷變化的優(yōu)先事項,并在快節(jié)奏的環(huán)境中高效工作。
8. 愿意參與并領(lǐng)導持續(xù)改進項目。
9. 具備英語的書面和口頭交流能力。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor on Engineering or food, or a related field.
2. 6 years working experience for Quality Area , preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
3. Previous supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.
4. Experience with statistical analysis and quality improvement tools.
5. Familiar with GMP/HACCP/BRC management.
6. Experience for food/packaging/Lab testing or Microbiological testing management as an advantage.
7.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Willingness to participate in and lead continuous improvement projects.
9. Written and spoken communication skills in English.
