A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy Transformer (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd as a Manufacture Quality Control Engineer and start your day by monitoring and inspecting material quality in our production process. Analyzing data and collaborating with production teams to maintain quality control standards will be your main focus. You'll also conduct regular quality audits and coordinate with different departments to address and resolve any quality-related issues. Your role will contribute to improving product reliability and ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. 根據工作指引，負責變壓器生產制造過程中的檢驗工作，確保產品質量符合標準和合同要求；
2. 協調并跟蹤產品缺陷的處理過程，詳細記錄工序中的質量問題，進行統計和分析；
3. 積極參與并執行質量改進項目，推動持續改進和優化產品質量；
4. 與生產團隊緊密合作，確保質量控制措施在生產過程中得到有效實施；
5. 定期進行質量培訓，提升員工的質量意識和技能。
What You Bring
1. 具有電氣工程、機械制造或相關專業的本科學歷；
2. 具有變壓器行業的工作經驗優先；
3. 能夠閱讀和理解機械制圖圖紙和規范；
4. 溝通與協調能力，良好的溝通和團隊合作能力，能夠與生產、工程和其他相關部門緊密合作；
5. 工作細致認真，具有高度的責任心和質量意識，能夠在壓力下工作
6. 熟練使用辦公軟件（如Microsoft Office）和質量管理軟件；
7. 具備基本的數據分析能力；
8. 英語能力良好者優先考慮。
