The tasks include:
61 Orders start
61 Following purchase orders
61 Supplier follow up
61 Handling of shipping documents
61 Daily contact with our Denmark team to follow up.
61 Daily ensure our QC team is booked for inspection.
61 Handle import and export of samples with DHL/UPS and local courier parcels.
We expect you to:
61 Has experience as a coordinator or planner
61 Can work independently
61 Can work with many parallel deadlines without losing sight of the overview
61 Fluent in written and spoken English
61 Has an analytical and structured mindset
61 Has a good overview and can keep calm in stressful situations
61 Can identify with the company's core values 'innovation, ownership, quality, integrity and commitment'
61 Has a good knowledge of Excel
