崗位職責:
匯豐環球新成立匯豐前海 CoE團隊，在風控、合規、行政、人力資源、數據分析研究等多方面，全力配合匯豐前海證券，支持其業務和團隊的發展。
This is a hybrid position requires a role with a unique blend of business analysis and project management skills to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving technology projects from conception to successful implementation, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional value to our company.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analys, and document business requirements for IT projects and initiatives.
2. Create clear and comprehensive functional specifications, or Jira tickets to facilitate the development of IT solutions.
3. Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and understanding of requirements.
4. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource availability.
5. Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
6. Manage project budgets, expenses, and vendor resource to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality projects.
7. Facilitate the successful implementation and deployment of IT solutions in SIT phase by collaborating closely with IT QA team, to ensure comprehensive SIT completion. And coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and ensure a seamless adoption of IT solution by end-users.
8. Offer proactive support to promptly troubleshot production issues and skillfully resolve problems and optimal system performance.
任職要求:
1. Technical background preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. 3-8 years of experience with securities application systems or algorithm trading systems, working experience in local securities company preferred.
4. Experience or knowledge of China securities market.
5. Good knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, and system implementation processes.
6. Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or IT Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
7. Basic understanding of Linux and Windows OS.
8. Basic understanding of Database knowledge.
