The Career:
職位介紹：
This role oversees the brand's overall performance through strategic planning, purchasing and subsequent monitoring of sales and inventory.
該職位通過戰略規劃、采購以及后續對銷售和庫存的監控對品牌進行整合管理。
*Strategic Buying: Drive SPF growth, optimize P/L and ending inventory, and develop merchandising plans based on sales and trend forecasts.
戰略采購： 推動 SPF 增長，優化盈虧和期末存貨，并根據銷售和趨勢預測制定營銷計劃。
*Buying Optimization: Improve accuracy by determining category percentages, selecting styles and colors, and monitoring sales through visual merchandising and promotional activities.
采購優化： 通過確定類別百分比、選擇款式和顏色，以及通過視覺營銷和促銷活動監控銷售情況，提高準確性。
*Supplier and Production Management: Coordinate with Production for quality and costing, manage discount rates and pricing, and forecast sales demand.

*Budget and Performance: Meet sales budget and gross profit targets, review and endorse buy plans, and ensure efficient fabric usage and reservations.

*Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture, and provide timely product evaluations.
