職責(zé)描述:
1. Lead stakeholder engagement to comprehend their digital and automation needs, integrating Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to guarantee efficient project delivery.
2. Oversee opportunity assessments and Proof of Concept for new use cases, ensuring alignment with HSBC governance.
3. Convert business requirements into future state processes and high-level solution designs, leveraging advanced business analysis skills. Ensure all documentations are in compliance with HSBC governance.
4. Develop and present digital project business cases, utilizing Agile project management delivery techniques to ensure timely and effective results. Represent the project and solution design in governance meetings with the support of the Digital
