The Position

The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing the development of the marketing team, creating annual marketing plans, and working closely with the corporate marketing department to ensure strategic alignment. This position will be based in Shanghai, China.

The Responsibilities

? The role involves partnering with management and sales teams to design marketing plans with distributors and retailers, launching new products and campaigns, and refining go-to-market strategies.

? Measure and analyze program impact, manage budgets, and work with various corporate marketing groups to launch local campaigns that boost sales and engagement.

The Qualifications
要求
? Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
市場營銷、商業或相關專業學士學位。
? Over 10 years of food or CPG marketing experience.
10年以上食品或CPG市場營銷經驗。
? Expertise in traditional and digital marketing, and merchandising.
具有傳統營銷和數字營銷的專業知識。
