職責描述: 1. Supporting an effective internal control environment for the firm’s financial reporting within the Second Line of Defence ("SLOD"). 2. Supporting the Senior FRR Manager in enabling FRR Stewardship to exercise appropriate risk and control oversight, and provide guidance to First Line of defence ("FLOD"). 3. Provide independent oversight of the management of FRR including application of FRR standards, policies and processes. 4. Provide review, support and guidance to the 1LOD to ensure that an effective control environment is maintained. 5. Works together with the Senior Financial Reporting Risk Manager, in overseeing the oversight of Financial Reporting Risk within the business. 6. Advises, reviews and challenges throughout the Risk and Control Assessment process within the business, including reviewing and challenging data quality where appropriate. 7. Provides advice, review and challenge over issues and actions,including narrative, path to green, root cause analysis and closure. 任職要求: 1. Finance or Accounting qualification with relevant work experience in Finance (e.g. financial or regulatory reporting or management information) or Audit is preferred. 2. Strong control mindset and good understanding of processes in Finance is preferred. 3. Problem solving and analytical skills. 4.
