職責描述: This role holder is to support sub-process lead in managing end-to-end regulatory reporting processes from data processing, data quality governance, production control, and utilizing exiting and newly available digital tools. Also, the role holder performs some reviewing and checking role and need to collaborate with stakeholders from other departments. ? Responsible for utilizing digital tools available for all FIN processes and adapt new tools agilely. ? Provide a data lineage view to discover the data flow/movement from its source to destination via various changes ? Provide support to data management and data governance activities, ensuring the data practices comply with regulations. ? Provide support for the implementation of HSBC data governance guidelines, procedures, standards, methods, tools and processes and ensure enforcement ? Provide support or co-ordination of initiatives which serve to implement, improve and maintain good data management and regulatory reporting practices ? Ensure good practices in the management of data tools, reference data, data standards, data frameworks and templates ? Support the management, monitoring and mitigation of operational risk in the field of data management and regulatory reporting ? Support and drive digitalizing Finance that enable HSBC China finance team fit for future. ? Ensure integrity, accuracy and timeliness of regulatory financial reporting and tax related matters. ? ? Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring. 任職要求: ? University degree or above, minimum 3~5 years working experience; ? Good at data analysis and digital skillset, i.e. SQL, Python, Database Management (DBMS), Data Work and Quick BI of Ali Cloud – either one or more items ? Sound knowledge of application software such as Microsoft Excel and Access; ? Relevant to Finance database management, Financial Reporting or Finance regulatory reporting working experience is a plus; ? Proficiency in English and Chinese; ? A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills; ? Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective stakeholder service process. ?
