Executive Recruiter
Responsibilities:
Partner with Clients on needs
Devise targeted research strategies
Research clients, competitors, market
Map role criteria, write descriptions
Identify and assess qualified candidates
Requirements:
Proven full cycle recruiting experience
Deep understanding of hiring processes
Proficient with applicant tracking systems
Strong candidate selection knowledge
Experienced sourcing quality candidates
Fluent in English
