職責(zé)描述:
? Participate in Stories and Business Requirements gathering for INSH core system and new products development UAT
? Understand business requirements and translate them into test cases / steps for testing
? Perform testing and ensure business requirements are incorporated into system design
? Upload test cases / test steps into Jira
? Review the feasibility of possible improvements in testing scope / steps
? Collaborate with IT developers / business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and all business scenarios are incorporated into testing scope
? Provide proper analysis / details on defects in Jira and clarify if needed
? Document all test results and defects in shared drive / Jira
? Communicate effectively with IT / Business stakeholders for defects fixing and user requirement clarification
? Work with relevant stakeholders to support UAT testing / end to end testing / regression testing
? Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager
任職要求:
? Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
? Good knowledge in insurance / finance and testing experience is plus
? A good communicator
? Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
? Ability to work in a fast pace environment and complete testing on time
? Able to work in an agile environment
? A proactive and positive mind-set
