Responsibilities:
1. working as legal contact to internal stakeholders and offering day-to-day legal advisory on procurement and company internal management projects;
2. supporting ad hoc and assigned business projects for the advanced medical nutrition business unit by providing risk assessment, practical solutions, and advice; Contract review, drafting and negotiation, and relevant template/SOP formalization.
3. Conducting or assisting team members on legal trainings, legal policies drafting/formalization, and other systemization.
4. Where necessary, providing labor law related advisory and support;
5. Developing and contributing to professional knowledge sharing and repository of the legal team;
6. Legal watch and study on relevant areas or topics;
7. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team leaders.
Qualifications:
? 3~5 year PQE in multinationals in-house team or law firms;
? Good education background majoring in law (Bachelor degree must, LLM preferred);
? Self-motivated while with good team work spirits;
? Strong communication skills;
? Quick learner.
