Position： Digital Marketing Specialist/ 數字市場專員
Report to： Marketing Manager/市場經理
Location： Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China (江蘇省太倉市)
Responsibilities:
1. 根據市場計劃組織線上產品、技術交流會以及相關活動；
Organize and excute products and technical webnars and other activities according to Marketing Plan.
2. 優化品牌和產品搜索和推廣引擎；
Optimize brand and product search and promotion engines.
3. 網站設計及內容管理；
Internet site design and content management.
4. 研究公司發展形勢和市場營銷傳播的需求，策劃、實施多平臺線上推廣方案，資源整合；
Study the company's development situation and the needs of marketing communication, plan and implement multi-platform online promotion programs, and integrate resources.
5. 收集、分析線上推廣和活動的數據，包括媒體數據、網站流量、廣告效果等。制作定期報告，評估活動效果和趨勢，提供數據支持和建議，以優化數字運營策略；
Collect and analyze online promotion and activities data, including media data, website traffic, advertising effectiveness, etc. Produce regular reports to assess campaign performance and trends, provide data support and recommendations to optimize digital operations strategies.
Requirements:
1. 本科及以上學歷，市場營銷或管理專業;
Bachelor degree or above in sales and marketing or management major;
2. 至少3年以上相關職位或行業工作經驗; 數字化宣傳、推廣、營銷等相關知識及平臺操作經驗；
At least 3 year in the related position or industry; Digital publicity, promotion, marketing and other related knowledge and platform operation experience；
3. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，英語四級以上;
Good command of verbal, listening and written in English, the grade of English should be CET 4 or above;
4. 高度的工作責任心，團隊合作精神;
High work responsibility, team cooperation;
5. 良好的溝通技巧。
Good communication skills.
