Position： Service Engineer /售后工程師
Report to： Head of SSO Service Department / SSO售后部經理
Location: Taicang, Jiangsu / 江蘇省太倉市
Responsibilities:
1.負責本公司產品的安裝、調試、維護及故障處理。
Company products installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting.
2.負責焊接樣品的測試及調試。
Sample welding test and optimization.
3.負責協助銷售技術選型
Support sales for technical applications and solutions
4.負責本公司產品的售后跟蹤，反饋用戶對產品使用情況的意見和建議
After sales following, feedback the ideas and suggestions from customers
5.負責做好售后服務信息的登記及處理，協助做好產品售后跟蹤服務。
Record and handle the service information, assist to follow the after sales service.
6.完成部門上級，經理,或公司交辦的其它工作。
Complete other works which are from Department manager or company.
7. 在售后服務工作完成的同時，向客戶推銷備件。
Promote spare parts after service job is done.
Requirements:
1.大專及以上學歷，電氣自動化、機電或機電一體化專業。
College or above degree in Electric Automation, Machinery
