Responsibilities:
? Support business development by digitalize channel management process.
? Analyze and unify distribution management process across all business divisions.
? Implement and maintain distribution management system and store management system.
? Build and maintain customer portal to automate sales order and customer goods receive process.
? Improve customer communication efficiency by new digital design
? Work with division team and group function team to form new digital business model with new digital system support.
? Design and implement mobile functions to improve business efficiency.
? Make sure adoption rate by proactive communication and promotion of new digital tool, new business process and model.
? Work with internal functional team, sales team and external customers for implementing new business process and best practice.
? Improve GT/KA/E-com/O2O/CGP channel efficiency with new distribution management system.
? Design and implement control reports to maintain business process compliance.
? Prepare channel efficiency reports to enable business penetration and geographic expansion.
? Design and maintain system interface between DMS and ERP, make sure the smoothness of end-to-end business process.
Requirements:
? Degree holder in Computer Science or Engineering.
? Over 5 years’ experience of business system design and implementation in FMCG companies.
? Hands on experience in implementing distribution management systems,
? In-depth understanding of sales marketing business process, such as sales order fulfilment, customer goods receive, customer inventory collection, customer and store incentive etc.
? Understand ERP Order to Cash process
? Experience in interface design and implementation
? Hands on experience in WeChat ecosystem and mini program implementation.
? Strong analytical skills with vast experience in business process analysis
? Good influencer, be able to change status quo and bring in new business value.
? Project management experience, be able to drive large scale projects.
? Ability to be self-managed as well as to collaborate with teams of non-technical users is a must.
? Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
? Good command in spoken and written Mandarin and English. Cantonese is plus.
