Manage or lead multiple changes concurrently to transform businesses, facilitate project initiation for cost/benefit analysis; 2. Manage management information and reports for business need, including capacity management, financial data, SLA etc.; 3. Manage migration/remigration and associated hiring process; 4. Seek opportunities to create sustainable cost savings and operational efficiencies; 5. Utilize data to come up with insights for business decisions; 6. Obtain buy-in from senior stakeholders for project plans/project scope/commitments/etc.; 7. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all concerned workstreams for smooth implementation of projects/initiatives; 8.
