職責描述: 1. Arrange meetings with report makers (and other stakeholders) to gain an understanding of the regulatory reporting process. 2. Document minutes and actions from meetings with report makers (and other stakeholders) 3. Review the evidence to support the existing controls. 4. Assess the gap between the existing controls and the Magnus control outcomes. 5. Document the control gap and support the remediation to close the gap. 6. Obtain sign-off from the report maker on the accuracy of the control assessment. 7. Assist in maintaining updated project records of the control assessment status against the inventory of regulatory reports. 8. Assist in preparing slides for the Magnus Steering Committee as a status update. 9. Provide support and back up to other team members involved in the control assessments. Stakeholders: 1. Report Owners. 2. Report Makers. 3. Risk Stewards. 4. IRR Project Steering Committee members. 5. Second line of defence assurance team. 任職要求: 1. 3 years in financial services industry, preferably with HSBC. 2. Basic knowledge of banking products e.g. mortgages, deposits, business loans, credit cards etc. 3. Basic knowledge of the HSBC Risk Management Framework (or similar from other companies). 4. Basic knowledge of the HSBC Data Policy (or similar from other companies). 5. Testing key controls that support financial or regulatory reporting processes. 6. Documenting controls to succinctly articulate how controls are performed. 7.
