項目經理
職責描述:
-確定和定義項目范圍和目標
制定和管理詳細的項目進度和工作計劃
預測實現目標所需的資源,并有效地管理資源
-根據工作范圍和資源需求準備預算
跟蹤項目成本以滿足預算
-向各利益相關方提供項目戰略、調整、進度和 kpi 的持續更新
通過分配任務和溝通預期交付成果,管理與供應商的合同
-監督進度并根據需要進行調整
-評估項目績效,找出需要改進的地方
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient
manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments,
progress, and KPIs
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected
deliverables
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
崗位要求
1. 有良好的英語書寫能力。
2. 有 PMP 認證,有敏捷經驗者優先。
3.良好的溝通、談判和沖突管理能力。
4.需要有一些數據分析技能。
5. 有跨部門業務/職能溝通能力,通過分配的項目從開始到完成,并確保他們滿足積極的時
間,性能,成本和質量目標。
6. 確保項目按時啟動并滿足交付要求。使用適當的驗證技術管理項目范圍、項目進度和項
目成本的變更,以保持項目計劃的準確性和更新。
7. 使用適當的工具和技術測量項目績效,以監控項目的進展,識別和量化任何偏差,執行任
何必要的糾正措施,并與所有干系人溝通。
8. 確保對所分配的項目進行及時準確的評審和日常報告。
9. 執行項目啟動后的評估,以確保達到目標,并報告與計劃的業務盈利能力的差距。
10.在必要時管理關鍵路徑資源的優先級,以幫助推動結果。
1. Good command of written English.
2. PMP certified, Agile experienced are preferred.
3. Good communication, negotiation and conflict management skill.
4. This candidate need to have some data analysis skills.
5. Lead cross functional business/departments through assigned projects from inception to
completion, and ensure they meet aggressive timing, performance, cost and quality objectives.
6. Ensure projects launch on time and meet deliverable requirements. Manage changes to the
project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in
order to keep the project plan accurate, and updated.
7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the
progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective
actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
8. Ensure that timely and accurate reviews and routine reports are conducted on assigned projects.
9. Perform post launch reviews on projects to ensure targets have been met and report gaps to
planned business profitability.
10. Manage day-to-day priorities of critical path resources when necessary to help drive results
