一、Specific Areas of Responsibility具體的責任領域Assist in areas of assignment and carry out designated responsibilities in areas such as, but not limited to:協助在任務領域和執行指定的職責,如但不限于:1、Develop strategic plan to manage supply base for assigned commodities and to achieve goals of quality, delivery and cost improvement for both production and aftermarket requirements. 制定戰略計劃,管理指定商品的供應基礎,并為生產和售后市場需求的質量、交付和成本改進的目標。2、Develop contracts and manage relationships with key suppliers to provide a stable product supply and year-over-year cost reduction.制定合同并管理與主要供應商的關系,以提供穩定的產品供應和同比降低成本。3、Research and evaluate potential suppliers to meet Epiroc’s needs to drive continuous improvement. 研究和評估潛在的供應商,以滿足Epiroc推動持續改進的需求4、Evaluate and monitor performance of existing suppliers and take corrective actions as required. 評估和監控現有供應商的績效,并根據要求采取糾正措施5、Consolidate supply base to best performing suppliers.為表現好的供應商整合供應基礎。6、Serve as a member and/or leader for working teams, as required.根據需要,擔任工作團隊的成員和/或領導7、Understand supplier manufacturing processes and help suppliers change those processes to improve quality and reduce lead times. 了解供應商的制造流程,并幫助供應商改變這些流程,以提高質量和減少交貨時間。8、Evaluate PPV and Buy to Buy and take action to meet budget through market analysis, supplier negotiation, and program development. 對PPV和購買方式進行評估,并通過市場分析、供應商談判和項目開發采取行動以滿足預算。9、Monitor supplier capacity and Call-off actions; initiate changes as required. 監控供應商能力和取消操作;根據需要啟動變更10、Perform make/buy analysis for potential commodity outsourcing.對潛在的商品外包進行制造/采購分析。11、As required, participate on teams for new product development, inventory reduction, process improvement, etc. 根據需要,參與團隊進行新產品開發、減少庫存、過程改進等工作12、Actively support Epiroc lead buyer world-wide strategy initiatives through leadership of and/or participation on corporate teams. 通過領導和/或參與公司團隊,積極支持Epiroc領導全球買家的戰略計劃。13、Ensure that payment and quality issues are resolved in a timely manner. 確保付款和質量問題得到及時解決。14、Initiate and complete administrative requirements such as writing engineering change requests, loading quotations, etc. as required to ensure parts and pricing are available. 啟動和完成行政要求,如撰寫工程變更請求、加載報價單等。根據要求,以確保零部件和價格是可用的15、Coach other sourcing engineer and give necessary support on supplier searching, price negotiation etc.. If it is necessary, take lead sourcing daily work with big picture sense.指導其他采購工程師,對供應商尋找、價格談判等提供必要的支持。如有必要,負責日常工作。16、Well handle other temporary work assigned by Manager.Well handle other temporary work assigned by Manager.二、任職資格Education:學歷1、BS Engineering degree required.BS工程學位要求2、Solid knowledge about engineering and different manufacturing processes扎實的工程和不同制造工藝的知識3、Fluency in English required.英語流利性要求4、At least 5 years of sourcing experience.至少有5年的采購經驗。 Skills / Knowledge / Experience:技能/知識/經驗:1、Broad understanding of business operations and financial analysis.廣泛了解業務運作和財務分析2、Good knowledge related to business contracts. 具有良好的商業合同相關知識。3、Background in manufacturing techniques including machining and fabrication, ability to read engineering drawings, and effective communication skills. Requires strong writing, administrative and analysis skills.有制造技術的背景,包括機械加工和制造,能夠閱讀工程圖紙,以及有效的溝通技巧。需要很強的寫作、管理和分析能力。4、Computer Skills Required – MS Office Suite, Access database development, MRP systems (SAP, Movex, Scala, etc.) and data extraction計算機技能要求-MSOffice套件,Access數據庫開發,MRP系統(SAP,Movex,Scala等)。和數據提取5、Good communication and negotiation skills.有良好的溝通和談判技巧。
