中區服務團隊,帶領20人左右的團隊有帶領過類似規模的團隊,具有服務大客戶經驗,樓宇項目交付、實施、維保等經驗。英語:***具備聽說讀寫能力,起碼要具備讀寫能力。出差:出差頻率不高。出差的區域主要集中在江浙滬Position Purpose/Summary Brief summary of position’s purpose or role – the primary objective of the role As a Field Service Supervisor the purpose of your role is to lead and empower your team members and sub-contracts in the delivery of service maintenance on customer site delivering exceptional levels of satisfaction. Your focus is to maximise customer satisfaction, and minimise customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support and helping to manage your customer’s technology lifecycle. Daily considerations will involve prioritising work and effectively managing various stakeholder needs and requirements, ensuring effective workload management, effective technician and sub-contractor management, verification of works and customer liaison and escalation. You will be focused on improving processes and systems, financial forecasting and control of jobs including administering of variations and associated invoicing/project progress claims, and working with other areas within Honeywell to deliver high quality service. You will be growth oriented, looking for ways to enable Honeywell to grow its service base through Connected Services technologies, by making recommendations for optimisation as well as by taking over systems not currently under contract. Key Accountabilities / Deliverables of the role KEY INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / DELIVERABLES Technical ? Project management of service projects and small works including high level management of customer, ensuring project milestones are achieved and compliance with Honeywell Project Vision including completing monthly project reviews. ? Perform lead role in technical role out of Outcome Based Service (OBS) / Connected Service technology ? Provide support for our technician base and OBS deployment manager as focal contact for OBS for the team ? Technical consulting, design and implementation support to the service business and customers. This includes pre-sales support to the account team, solution advisors and technical lead on implementation projects Overseeing the following: ? Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment by team members ? Roll out, deployment and ongoing support of OBS / Connected Service technology ? Assist with configuration of HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third Party Systems. ? Assist with diagnosing faults and repairs on HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third Party Systems. ? Software load and Configuration of EBI Systems and other systems as required. ? Programming of HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third Party systems. Customers ? Ensure Contract RetentionPage 2 of 5 ? Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients, Customer surveys and NPS targets. ? Promote and attend site audits for contract and project customers. ? Effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction. ? Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers including “Connected Services” offerings. ? Actively contribute to Account Planning sessions. Health, Safety and Environment ? Ensure HSE Playbook activities are completed for the team each month. ? HSE assessments are carried out and updated annually for all contracts and projects. ? HSE Safety Plans are available at all sites as required. ? Attend and participate in all HSE team meetings. ? Report safety observations (SOS) and ensure team meets reporting goals. ? Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures. Financials ? Achieve financial control according to agreed budgets and plans. ? Achieve growth targets established in relation margin and gaining additional non-HON base / systems ? Forecast financials monthly and analyse throughout the month. ? Estimate materials costs and quantities and ordering parts. ? Assist Operations Manager with outstanding debt recovery and under-billed projects. ? Utilise and promote CPQ usage. ? Identify and take action to remedy poor performing contracts Quality ? Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by the Operations Manager. ? Ensure team documentation is current and participate in internal and external audits as required. ? Team compliance to FAST requirements and PM complete on time People Leadership ? Establish and maintain high standards of performance for self, reports and others to maximise the team’s ability to meet business goals and objectives. ? Facilitate the development of others’ knowledge, skills and competencies by providing timely feedback and planning relevant development activities. ? Performance management of team members ? Drive change in new service offerings including “Connected Services” with Outcome Based Service. ? Reward
