key responsibilities:
主要責(zé)任
1. to negotiate, prepare, draft, review, approve and manage contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
就合同、協(xié)議及其他法律文件進(jìn)行談判、準(zhǔn)備、起草、審查、批準(zhǔn)和管理；
2. to provide legal & compliance advice on all matters and manage external advisors in giving independent legal & compliance opinions/advice where external advisors are involved;
就各項(xiàng)事務(wù)提供法務(wù)合規(guī)意見，如涉及外部顧問，則管理外部顧問提供獨(dú)立法務(wù)合規(guī)意見/建議。
3. to handle complaint cases, legal proceedings properly and cost-effectively to minimize the company’s losses;
以適當(dāng)及成本高效的方式管理投訴及法律程序以期最大程度減少公司損失；
4. to conduct legal & compliance research on specific issues, update local laws and regulations, and develop and provide appropriate training programs to enhance legal & compliance awareness;
就特定法務(wù)合規(guī)問題進(jìn)行研究，更新法律法規(guī)，開發(fā)和提供適當(dāng)?shù)呐嘤?xùn)以增強(qiáng)法務(wù)合規(guī)意識(shí)；
5. to ensure that products and services offered duly comply with local laws and regulations; and
確保產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)符合本地法律法規(guī)；及
6. to provide legal & compliance assistance in projects or other works assigned by department head from time to time.
就項(xiàng)目或是其他部門主管不時(shí)指派的工作提供法務(wù)合規(guī)協(xié)助。
selection criteria:
任職條件：
1. be a qualified lawyer in prc with at least 5 years’ legal (or legal & compliance) working experience in financial industry;
具有中國(guó)律師資格證且從事金融行業(yè)法務(wù)或法務(wù)合規(guī)工作不低于5年；
2. have solid knowledge in financial laws and regulations in prc;
熟悉中國(guó)金融法律法規(guī)；
3. preferably have in-house experience in financial institutions, though private practice will also be considered;
有金融行業(yè)公司法務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，有律師事務(wù)所金融法律服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)亦可；
4. preferably have experience in securitization, capitalization and ip;
有證券化、資本化及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
5. have strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
較強(qiáng)的表達(dá)呈現(xiàn)、溝通及人際交往能力；
6. be able to work independently and creatively;
能獨(dú)立及有創(chuàng)造性的工作；
7. be able to work under pressure;
能承受壓力；
8. be excellent in drafting and analyzing legal & compliance issues;
出色的文件起草及法務(wù)合規(guī)分析能力;
9. strong business and operation sense;

10. familiar with office software; and

other than above roles, legal & compliance counsel should follow other job duties and responsibilities assigned by team head from time to time.
除以上所列之外，法務(wù)合規(guī)顧問還應(yīng)當(dāng)遵從部門主管不時(shí)指定的其他工作職責(zé)。
