1. 根據(jù)銷售規(guī)劃和目標以及市場、客戶需求制定渠道營銷計劃和客戶營銷合作方案。
make trade marketing plan and collaboration plan with customers, as per sales strategy, sales target as well as market/customer needs
2. 定期對市場營銷環(huán)境和競爭態(tài)勢進行信息收集和分析,并有計劃的拜訪重點渠道、類型客戶,了解問題和需求,提出應對建議,落實應對策略。
collect and analyze trade marketing information in the markets; plan to visit key channel customers, justify problems and needs, propose solutions and implement.
3. 負責總部各項營銷活動的有效實施,指導和監(jiān)督區(qū)域活動的落地和執(zhí)行,支持品牌美譽度和客戶滿意度的提升。
responsible for hq trade marketing events, steer and implement events, support the brand penetration and improvement of customer satisfaction.
4. 跟蹤、指導、監(jiān)控各項活動的執(zhí)行效率和活動效果;典型方案的分析、總結和分享,推動業(yè)務的整體發(fā)展。
steer and monitor and implementation of the events, collect feedback; best practice analysis and sharing to boost sales.
任職資格:
professional requirements 專業(yè)資質要求:
1. 本科及以上學歷,mba優(yōu)先考慮.
bachelor's degree or above, mba preferred.
2. 至少2年以上市場或銷售管理經驗.
at least 2 years’ experience in marketing / sales function.
3. 有家電行業(yè)或者其他消費品行業(yè)從業(yè)經驗.
familiar with home appliance dustry is preferred, alternatively consumer goods industries, knowledge and experience.
4. 良好的溝通能力,且英語能基本溝通;辦公軟件熟練使用.
good communication skills, fluent in english, good ms offices skills.
5. 積極向上并且結果導向.
willing to learn and result oriented.
