job responsibilities:
(a) analysing key agents' performance and sending regular reports to the hqs;
(b) coordinate and book national exhibition schedules, group agent trainings and fam trips
(c) coordinate national training plans for nka's, which are then delivered by senior uk/usa managers;
(d) assisting line manager with travel arrangements & administrative work;
(e) visiting schedules and travel arrangements for overseas colleagues/visitors;
(f) following up outstanding offers with account managers;
(g) answering agent enquiries and assisting agents to resolve the problems;
(h) collecting and analysing marketing feedbacks;
(i) communicating with into's offices across china and the overseas offices and elsewhere;

position requirement:
(a) undergraduate degree or equivalent, with professional qualifications relevant to the job is preferable;
(b) demonstrable success in business development;
(c) demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets;
(d) excellent communication skills in chinese and in english;
(e) understanding of the uk and us higher or further education sector;
(f) knowledge of the needs and expectations of international students;
(g) understanding of the skills and knowledge required by students to make a successful transition into higher education programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels;
(h) comfortable in dynamic environments;
(i) customer-service orientated approach;
(j) driven, results-orientated and focused nature;
(k) capability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
