1. collaborate with design and product development team in stockholm and guangzhou office to develop new products. take responsibility from concepts stage to product confirmation stage.
2. provide insightful inputs to the design process in areas related to materials, costs, production and function realization.
3. source and evaluate reliable partners and suppliers on designing and prototyping for new products.
4. work closely with suppliers to optimize product development process and provide feasible solutions when encounter problems.
5. collect and advise new materials, new processing and new production methods to team members to help setting up product development concepts.
6. make new product development plan and manage projects independently. update project status and communicate efficiently with team members in time.
7. provide product specifications to production team after product development is done. arrange and follow up new product trial production and solve problems found, set quality standard.
8. assist production team with production issues and quality issues when necessary.

5. 為團(tuán)隊(duì)收集并建議新材料，流程，和產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的方法，協(xié)助他們發(fā)展新產(chǎn)品概念。
6. 提供新的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃，有效管理開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目。及時(shí)更新項(xiàng)目信息，并與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員有效溝通。
7. 為生產(chǎn)部門(mén)提供產(chǎn)品信息，安排并跟進(jìn)新產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)。遇到問(wèn)題時(shí)能提供可行的解決方案。
8. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)部門(mén)解決生產(chǎn)問(wèn)題和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。
任職要求：
1. college degree or above, science and engineering education background would be a plus.
2. at least 3 years relevant working experiences in product development
3. be familiar with material of plastic/rubber/polyurethane. be familiar with fabrics will be a plus.
4. deep knowledge of various manufacturing process: foaming, injection, sewing, and printing
5. understanding of technical drawings
6. experienced in toy industrial and/or sports goods
7. good microsoft office skills. verbal and written english skills are required
8. understand and wish to carry the waboba culture and lifestyle.
9. team player, self-motivated, proactive and independent. open to changes.
