1. communicate with customers on requirement for products, packaging, and shipping mark etc
2. make artwork change with factory if needed and send to customer for confirmation
3. work closely with suppliers on production and shipment matters in time to avoid delay.
4. make booking with forwarders
5. coordinate with factory/custom broker on delivery goods to loading port
6. prepare and send shipping docs including pl, ic to customers
7. send samples to customers
qualifications
1. at least 1-3 years experiences relating to orders handling and shipments planning
2. knowledge in erp system is a plus
3. verbal and written english is a must.
4. good at communication and be patient. pay attention to details.
5. team player. understand and carry waboba culture and lifestyle.
6. self-motivated, independent. open to changes.
工作內容
1. 與客戶溝通產品，圖稿和出貨要求
2. 與工廠溝通圖稿修改要求并發給客戶確認
3. 及時與供應商跟進訂單與船務事宜，避免延誤。
4. 訂艙并按時出貨
5. 準備出貨文件并寄給客人
6. 安排寄樣品給客人
任職要求
1. 至少1-3年的跟單或者船務相關的工作經驗
2. 有erp 使用經歷者優先
3. 英語口語流利，書寫表達清晰
4. 擅長溝通，有耐心，細心
5. 理解并認同公司文化和提倡的生活方式
6. 有團隊合作精神，自律，和獨立。無固化思維，能適應改變。
