職位描述：
1. assist in the implementation of various company systems.
協助執行公司各類制度；
2. get involved before operation of project, application for purchasing and management of daily material of project.

任職要求：
1. 30-45years old, college degree or above.
年齡30-45歲，大專或以上學歷；
2. over 5 years experience of property engineering supervisor or manager.
具有5年以上物業工程部門主管或經理從業工作經驗；
3.strong execution, communication and on-site management skills.
具備較強的執行力、溝通能力，現場管理能力
4.familiar with operating office software.
熟悉操作辦公軟件；
5. holding high-voltage, low-voltage, elevator maintenance certificate, etc.
