-reporting to singapore hq design department and guangzhou project head for all design related matters including but not limited to the following

-leading the in-house design managers to liaise with both local and overseas design related consultants from due-diligence to project completion.

-provide and validate planning, cost and time assumption during deal sourcing ; deriving planning vision and determining integrated development brief with other departments.

-preparation of presentation/ reports for hq for to approve project schematic design, design development and other related design matters.

任職要求：
-master/ bachelor degree in architecture.
建筑學專業碩士/本科學歷。
-minimum post-graduate 15 years of experience working in architectural consultant firm/ ldi/ property developers, with at least min 5 years holding senior managerial role in design management.
至少15年在建筑咨詢公司/ ldi/房地產開發商工作經驗，至少5年在設計管理中擔任高級管理角色。
-possess strong design flair and meticulous to details.
具有較強的設計能力，關注細節。
-conversant with planning, design and building regulations of residential and preferably also business parks projects in prc.
熟悉prc住宅及商業園項目的規劃、設計和建筑法規。
-proficiency in both english and mandarin.
精通英語和國語。
-well versed in powerpoint is a must, with hands-on skills in photoshop and skectchup an additional advantage.
精通powerpoint，必須具備ps圖象處理軟件, 熟悉skutchup是優勢。
