report to: complex plant manager
location: shanghai / tianjin
responsibility:
- manage and deliver assigned projects including reporting, planning, cost management, execution and review；
- drive continuous improvement through training of new techniques, operating methods and engagement with all employees；
- understand and communicate technical concepts to resolve customer and internal problems.
- assisting in troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance for finding solutions for system deficiencies
- track and report project to plant manager.
requirements:
- bachelor degree above
- good in data analysis and consolidation, ppt and report skill
- excellent communication skill with top management team
